These hand bags and made of very soft vinyl and have small sequins covering the entire front of the bag. The bags are fully lined and have an inside zipper pocket. The handles are made from the same material as the bag and is attached with large shiny metal rings. The bag zips closed. The soft metallic vinyl feels like soft patent leather. They are very beautiful and a nice size.
